I am here to help you unravel and make sense of the chaos in your head. I can't do it for you, but I can be there alongside you every step of the way until you can handle it by yourself. And you can learn to handle it, to keep everything in balance and live a joyful life. Even though that might seem an impossible dream right now.

About Unchained Therapy

Unchained Therapy is a specialist but 'welcome-to-all' therapy service for people struggling to recover from trauma regardless of cause.

Anger, anxiety and depression are prevalent symptoms of trauma and, sometimes, trauma can be ignored or misunderstood when these mental well-being concerns are more noticeable or causing greater distress.

Unchained Therapy offers a specialist and different approach to therapy in that what is offered is a collaborative approach where your voice is loudest. There are several options to try and cherry-pick to ensure that therapy is effective for you, appointment times are flexible, and therapy takes place from the comfort of your own home.

Whilst Unchained Therapy is a private practice, every effort is made to ensure that therapy is affordable with sliding scale fees available.

How much does it cost?
It's £80 per session

What if I can't afford that?
Please get in touch - there are some reduced fee places available, but there may be a wait for them.

How long is a therapy session?
Each therapy session is 60 minutes, but there can be flexibility around this depending on what works best for you.
